Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

 

I made up another batch of ice cream. Then the power went out so it never got very firm.

This is dark chocolate and because there are only a handful of ingredients that are all natural-it is melting very quickly (!)...

I have a request for the cherry chocolate chunk next ;)
