Baby Blue Cake



I haven't been sewing much lately. I've been getting things done that are not creative, unfortunately.
I did acquire some yarn the other day~ and the colors I chose tended toward the dusty light pink rose-is that a good/long enough name for a color, lol? And the baby blue. Here are some photos of 2 of the baby blues....
I bought it with the intention of making these 'catching butterflies' gloves, which you can see here on tinyowlknits blog.
I've bought some of her patterns on etsy, and though I haven't yet gotten around to making those, they're on my to do list...


The yarn on top is louisa harding, and has little tiny sparkles in it, which were hard to capture here. Not sure what I'll make with it yet, but couldn't resist shiny things :)

Hmmmm, love these pretty, ice-cream colored yarns - this one is very pretty too! Am sure youÄll make something nice with it!
