Anna Maria Horner Wristlet Bag

I'm a little bit 'conflicted sad'... I've got this favorite bag made from a selection of Anna Maria Horner fabrics, that will be expiring soon.

I'll be sad when it goes but I always lose a bit of confidence when a project I really love has almost gotten to the 'expiring' point and they're still here with me.  This is one of those that I will contemplate keeping for myself cause I like it that much.
Another is this one:

Anyway-I think this may be the busiest Summer on record for us and I feel like it's going very fast.Lots of things going on and I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to sit and sew for awhile. So I've been knitting a lot more than sewing lately. It's a bit more portable for me right now.I keep finding new patterns I can't resist, and have a few on the needles currently...One is this hatAnother is this headband...and a generic slouchy hat for my daughter I'm making up as I go along ; )
Off to run more errands-bye : )

hello Andrea, its been so long since my last visit. thank you so much for your lovely comment you left on my blog post. I really love your sewing. your fabric choices are always so perfect. summer here is flying by way too fast. i am afraid it will end too soon and we will be buried in snow again. keep sewing your beautiful bags and would love to see what you are knitting ! xxx

They are both so sweet! Sometimes I do the same in keeping them or giving them as gifts! ;) Have a lovely week! xo Heather

Oh, I love Anna Maria Horner's fabrics! And they look amazing as these little bags. :) I have some of her fabric but haven't had the guts to cut into it yet.
